Bill Me Later BillMeLater would not allow me to pay unless I supplied my checking account information. Previous payments were accepted by credit card only. This I can say but other my want to, IS EXTORTION OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

Historically, have been one of the fastest making payments on ebay with my PayPal account.

Can withhold donation from charitible institutes which I have supported in the pass such as UNICEF, to pay Bill Me Later Comenity Capital Bank, Timonium, MD, Paypal and ebay (Paybay Loans).

Should someone making a charitible donation using Bill Me Later Comenity Capital Bank, Timonium, MD, Paypal BillMeLater, of $25, be required to give checking account number, when credit card only had been accepted in the pass?

A HAL alias JOE response, which does not address my December letter which HAL signed for. Isn’t it just like HAL.

Still waiting and given in hopes people will share this link with others to show how the way mechanical financial institutes do not recognize the individual, I would be great full.

Though I have dropped eBay this is a recent email I received;

Had to check;

Look at the date the email is referring to. If  I am not dealing with HAL then what am I dealing with? Note; listing numbers are alike.

Got in back door through Google Search on item, and they said I declined, Aug-07-12.

Hope they do not have me bidding on item, which I will not pay for, and changing me much more than the already are charging me.

Some may think this as a form of extortion, and is it proper for one to pay off extortionists?

Hope they do not come out that I missed more bids,  because I am not addressing account and it should be closed. Some people may say this is harassment by Comenity Capital Bank c/o Bill Me Later-PayPal-eBay (Paybay Loans).

Hope they can solve this problem.

Looks as though Paybay Loans is doing name changes, and jumping states, with their bank to avoid litigation. A kind of a shell game, to not be responsible to the consumer. This shell came which a lot of low income people utilized ebay, financially enslaves them in a payday loan schematic.

Living in a region of Native American these payday loan companies are doing just that to the original Americans.

For a $25 donation (paid) the Paybay Loan Company is charging more than  1000 percent or $250.

Note; Now accepting credit card without giving checking account, about a year later. Since $25 was paid, the amount charged is financing and the percent is (287.57/25)x100=1150% of the original $25 donation.

Since I would have paid the $25 if they accepted the amount as PayPal has via credit card only. This switching back an forth, and sending finally to a collection agent which EBAY INC knows accepts payment by credit card only is a step by step method of extortion.
